Our team at Parvus has experience of conducting Computer Aided personal interviews PAN India. Having a Strong Coverage in Northern and western India, the team has executed projects of various industries such as Beverages, FMCG, Product Testing, Medical and Pharmaceuticals  sector along with expertise in Mystery shopping.

We conduct interviews using a Tablet or a hand held computer such as an iPad in some instance. This has an advantage over collecting data over paper and then processing it further. We directly upload the data to the cloud on real time basis and hence is accessible to the researchers or the concerned members any where across the globe. There are less scope of manual intervention in Data.

This type of approach is majorly successful in Mystery shopping to check on customer service, sales service and other service Quality using a Fake customer. The customer then can Quietly upload the data and picture then and there adding more notes of the observation made at the store.

There are various advantages of CAPI in terms of Accuracy of data collection due to personal involvement of the moderator and respondents are easy to reach in person than on phone. This has the deepest penetration at our end as we are able to send out our team at the rural areas too. Also there are less chance of drop outs and respondent denial as the interview is in Person. 

Qualitative studies recruitment tagged along with the moderation of the interviews are done by our in house team.
